How Related Products Feature Works
Products that share a common collection will be displayed as related products.
For instance, if you have a baseball cap listed under “Hats” and “Summer Sale” collections, products from both collections will appear in the related products section, up to a maximum of 10 items.
This smart feature ensures your customers see the most relevant items, enhancing their shopping experience and increasing the likelihood of additional purchases.
Additionally, to maintain a consistent and visually appealing layout, all product images are now restricted to a 1:1 aspect ratio. This change ensures a uniform look across your store, providing a better user interface and consistency in product presentation.
How to Set Up the Related Product Feature
- Navigate to Your Store Product Detail Page: In the page builder, find your product detail page.
- Enable the “Show Related Products” Toggle: This will activate the feature.
- Customize the Display: You can tailor the number of related products shown (default is 6), the number of columns per product on desktop and mobile (default: desktop – 3, mobile – 2), and the heading for the related products section (default: “You may also like”).
- Save and Publish the Page: Your changes will go live immediately.

- Navigate to Your Products: Go to Payments -> Products.
- Edit/Add a New Product: Set a recurring price and ensure you enable the “Include in online store” toggle.
- Customize the UI: Visit your store in the page builder to see the new UI changes that support recurring products. You can customize the pill colors and text colors as per your brand’s aesthetics.
- Save and Publish All Pages: This step is crucial. Ensure all store pages are saved and published to reflect the changes accurately on the live site.
