We’ve implemented a comprehensive feedback loop that seamlessly integrates with two key areas: the Auto-reply mode (currently in private beta) and the Bot trial chat box.

Thumbs Up for Correct Responses: In the Bot Trial Page, you’ll now discover “thumbs up” and “thumbs down” icons next to each bot response. By clicking the “thumbs up” icon, you can provide positive feedback, indicating that the bot’s response is correct and on point.

Thumbs Down for Improvements: Selecting the “thumbs down” icon opens a pop-up window where you can edit both the question and the answer provided by the bot. This empowers you to make corrections or improvements to either the question or answer.

After making the necessary edits, simply click “Train Bot.” This action not only enhances the specific Q&A pair but also contributes to the bot’s FAQ database. It’s all about customizing bot responses to ensure they are accurate and contextually relevant.

The Conversation Page now mirrors the functionality of the Bot Trial Page, extending the ability to provide feedback and make corrections to users who are part of Auto-Pilot’s private beta.
